Then, our amazing listing agents get supported with our amazing listing statistics, strategic marketing plan for every client, admin services to enter and manage your listings, contract-to-close services, and admin support, coaches to help you negotiate offers and troubleshoot everything real estate, even on nights and weekends, all the leads you need to hit your income goals and marketing to grow business from your sphere.

Although we will be training you best practices for working with listings/sellers, we can also train you our best practices for working with buyers and investors if you want to even your pipeline and work with buyers/investors as well. We will be with you every step of the way as you succeed and thrive in your real estate career.

Responsibilities

  • Be able to work with a large number of leads and hustle to set an appointment
  • Receive guided training from professionals that are dedicated to helping you succeed
  • Deliver high-energy sales presentations and persuade others to choose to work with you
  • Hit your Daily, Weekly, and Monthly sales metrics based on the economic model to hit your yearly goals
  • Be quick on your feet and solve small problems quickly and more complex problems strategically
  • Work daily from a schedule and time block to achieve consistent and stable success
  • Have conversations daily with sales prospects and clients
  • Study and internalize scripts to qualify prospects, set appointments and persuade clients to sign agreements
  • Pick up the phone without hesitation to call leads and follow up with prospects in an urgent manner

Qualifications

  • You love talking to people, creating relationships, and helping people
  • You are a sponge in your acquisition of knowledge. You never feel like you know enough, and you are always searching to be the best person you can be
  • You enjoy having a busy schedule and the opportunity to take charge of many responsibilities and relationships in a dynamic atmosphere
  • You have a high level of natural sociability, and you are comfortable meeting new people and working with and through others
  • You are confident in your ability to sell your ideas, negotiate differences and achieve consensus
  • You are at home in team-oriented situations, where you can play a key role in facilitating results
  • You would need to obtain your real estate license before starting with the team
  • Have conversations daily with sales prospects and clients
  • Attend listing appointments and be able to sell yourself and the company like a job interview
  • Pick up the phone with no hesitation to call and follow up with prospects in an urgent manner
