Responsibilities
  • Prepare showing instructions for Buyers’ Agents and agree on showing time with seller.
  • Refer sellers to one of the best agents at their destination, if applicable.
  • Prepare “comparable market analysis” to establish market value.
  • Educate your clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience

  • Review comparable MLS listings regularly to ensure property remains competitive in price, terms, conditions and availability.
