Our small team of 12 is Hiring Immediately for FULL-TIME Sales/Leads Manager!

Don't worry, we're not looking for a polished salesperson, we're looking for someone that LOVES our clients, LOVES helping our team win deals, and can bring the passion, hunger, and chase required to make sales happen!

We are a high-volume Real Estate Investment Company. Don't worry...you do NOT need Real Estate experience or a license of any kind. You must have a PASSION for helping our clients, calling 70-100+ leads daily, chasing folks down via many different methods (including in-person when needed).

Your job is fast-paced and there's a ton to do, so I'll summarize...you have to be bold, brave, willing to chase and be aggressive to earn commissions, have a great phone voice, and the ability to win people's trust quickly. You have to find creative ways to get stuff done sometimes so intelligence and creativity is a HUGE factor here!* If you're afraid of rejection, being told NO, or you give up easily, this is NOT the job for you.*

Pay, Benefits, Bonuses, and Fun!

  • Potential for $70,000++ if you’re eager!
  • Base salary is $40-45,000 based on experience, with the potential for earned bonuses to push you into that $70,000++ range.

We buy and sell 20-25 properties every month. 100% of your job is simply helping us do that and being paid very well when one of those 25 deals comes from your work! And you should easily be responsible for 3-4 properties per month directly and many more indirectly.

In a nutshell, we're looking for an outstanding Sales Administrator that wants to learn the ropes and build an Amazing Sales Career! You might have a step up on the competition if you've been involved in customer service as a client support representative or associate, but it's not required.

Look – We need a go-getter that wants to make $70,000++, not someone watching a clock and content to make $35-45,000/yr. If the ONE seat we have to fill is going to be filled by anyone….why would we hire anything less than the very best?

Now for the fun part! We're a VERY informal office. We have fun, we go on team lunches, VIP bowling parties, we celebrate birthdays, we wear whatever we want and there is NO office politics allowed. No time for that BS! We're going to a golf event next week as part of our Halloween party at the golf course rental hall. We're definitely going to sing Karaoke like idiots and unfortunately....only 1 out of 13 employees is a good singer. I feel bad for the spouses joining our party!

You'll have a base salary of $40-45,000 and the rest of your $70,000++ total pay will be from bonuses for setting appointments that turn into closed deals. If you're not consistently earning $1500-2500/mo in bonuses within your first 6mo after the learning curve and getting our processes down....it's 100% YOU, not us. We'll give you every tool you need to do so and all of the help and training you could ever ask for. But you have to ask. We can't know what you don't know, so if you're not good at seeking out knowledge, reading, learning on your own, Youtube, Google, and finding other ways to get stuff done.....you won't be the self-starter we're looking for.

You'll train directly with the CEO/COO and Sales Manager. You bring the hunger and drive, we'll deliver the rest to you if you stay diligent, patient, and work hard.

As you can imagine, this is NOT 9-5. This is 9-6 pm and we will have later nights as needed to get crap done. If you have any fixed appointments that prevent this, this won't work out, unfortunately. You will have the occasional weekend calls or tasks to help the team, but it will be 100% from home as our office is CLOSED weekends and we value family time! There will be 1-2 trips out of state per year for conferences, training seminars, etc so again...gotta have that flexibility to your life/schedule.

Responsibilities

So...what are you going to do all day? Sales things! Here's an example of a normal day:

  • Calling warm/hot prospects and following up. These will be sales leads that we're chasing down and your job is to engage, build rapport, schedule appointments for our sales staff, etc. You'll have inbound and outbound calls that will easily hit 70-100+ per day on a busy day. Your goal is to qualify sellers, set appointments, and help the sales team CLOSE deals. And every time you do....you'll have a nice bonus as a reward.
  • You'll be personally sending 5-10 Contracts and LOIs every day. Don't worry, this is easy to train on and we've automated the process to make it 5-10 mins tops for each one.
  • You will be Operating some of our tech that is sales-focused (CRM, Dialers, Google Sheets, Sorting and Filtering leads and lists, scanning in docs, using E-sign software, pulling comps with other software, etc). Again, we'll train, but you need to be able to navigate and learn tech, be laser-accurate with appointments and calendars, settings, reminders, etc. You'll be responsible for keeping 5 sales team members on track, hitting their metrics, organized for their appointments, etc.
  • There will also be many standard Executive Admin duties. IE: Managing the calendars and appointments of our sales team, running errands, dropping off docs, liaising with our Attorneys and Title Companies, managing our accounts, and 20 more tasks. We're looking for well-rounded people. We don't believe in over-hiring, we believe in finding high achievers and paying them well!
  • You'll be walking sellers of homes through the contract signing process. Easy, peasy, 5-10 min phone call or in-person site visit and we'll train you 100%. You must LOVE talking to people face to face or on the phone.

Qualifications

  • We can train you 100%, no experience needed, but prior telemarketing or heavy phone experience would certainly be helpful. If you bring the ability and passion, we will train you on all of the rest. If you're going to get to $55-60,000 and get lazy and settle...this is NOT for you.
  • Must be tech-inclined and tech-savvy with a typing speed of 55 WPM minimum
  • Must be organized and able to prioritize
  • Must be a go-getter that’s not afraid of rejection
  • MUST be fun to talk to, bubbly, great voice, great energy, and great at building rapport with ALL ages
  • Must be familiar with spreadsheets and formulas
  • Must be available to work 9:00 am-6:00 pm
  • Must enjoy talking to people!

Compensation
$70,000 - $75,000 yearly
