The Lash Group is growing and expanding into new markets! We’re looking for a growth-minded individual to take our turn key lead generation and team building systems. This person will be responsible for facilitating onboarding, training, and mentoring of the agents that become part of our team.

• Communicating with potential licensees regarding the licensing process
• communicating with existing licensees regarding The Lash Group business model
• Coordinating the onboarding process for all new agent hires
• Managing the flow of incoming leads
• Manage our CRM and action plans

• Must have (or willing to obtain) a real estate license
• An urge to serve the community
