The purpose of this position is to rapidly respond to all incoming leads. The person in this role is expected to minimize the time between a new incoming lead and contacting the lead directly (if unable to answer directly). Once the lead is on the phone, it is this position's responsibility to gather information relevant to the potential acquisition of the lead property (A preset form from our online CRM will have the information that should be gathered). During the phone conversation, this position is expected to do basic lead qualification, determine the reason behind why they are potentially selling and the urgency of the person thinking of selling.
When as much of the information as possible is gathered, this position is expected to set up and schedule appointments for the acquisition person. Any other job duties as needed and determined by Management.
Job may be telecommuted (work from home) in some cases.

We are a Real Estate investment firm that advertises and purchases houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction. The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in "as is" condition, and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.
We market heavily in Fresno, Madera and Tulare County. We provide quality pre-screened leads for you. We also have a great back office CRM (database) system that will allow you to work remotely.
We also network with Real Estate Agents and other professionals to acquire properties.
You do NOT need to have a Real Estate license to be successful in this business. In fact, the most successful people have no prior Real Estate experience!
