The purpose of this role is to manage all incoming leads to ensure each one is given the best chance to be monetized. This position is one of the first points of contact with our team. The bulk of time will be spent answering phone calls from our leads, entering them in our CRM, and scheduling appointments with our sales team. The ability to build rapport and empathize/sympathize with leads is crucial. This person must be professional, polite, energetic, and explain to potential sellers that we can provide a solution for their need, whatever that may be. We need an individual who excels in communication with strong customer service skills.
Curious- wants to know as much as possible about the situation to put us in the best position to acquire the property.
Persistent - doesn’t give up, wants to make every lead count.
Self-Motivated - has a burning desire to succeed. This desire typically allows for those who will own their position and not need prompting to find things to do. Take initiative, implement ideas that will help this role be more efficient.
