Our specific lead generating online system provides leads who communicated with us.  No more looking for that first response.

Responsibilities

What you'll be able to learn and communicate on your appointments:

  • Present and discuss our strategic master marketing plan.
  • Prepare detailed list of property comparable and learn our most effective way to do a CMA.
  • Receive and review all Offer to Purchase contracts submitted by buyers or buyers’ agents. And call agents for feedback so you can email your sellers weekly feedback reports. 
  • Keeping track of your progress daily through our tracking tools.  (Don't run your business like someone playing a soccer game with no scoreboard, same jerseys with no names on the back of them and no boundary lines) Know the score!
Qualifications

  • Hold a current real estate license
  • Extremely strong phone skills (We provide scripts to follow)
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Dedication to professionalism and accountable to results
