Responsibilities

The Inside Buyers Agent will perform duties that will allow for and the promotion of the company’s productivity. 

The Inside Buyers Agent is a sales position whose duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Prospecting 
  • Lead management
  • Deal analysis
  • Sales presentation
  • Negotiating and writing contracts for the purpose of acquiring properties
  • Generating revenue for the company

All other measures used to acquire properties shall be modified based the company’s core values and direction of management at Higher Offer.

Qualifications
  • Must have a great attitude and be coachable
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent phone skills
  • Minimum 2 years of business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record)
  • Conduct both high level and detailed conversations with sellers
  • Must be ambitious! We’re looking for a real “Go-Getter” that wants to serve, and add value
  • Innate ability to problem solve and critically think through situations
  • Must be somewhat tech savvy and familiar with online apps/tools such as: Google Docs, Dropbox, CRM's, Microsoft Office and other applications and tools
  • Must live in Phoenix Metro Area
Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000
