This could be your next big thing! We're hiring for multiple sales roles. The Buyers and Sellers sales agent acts as a home buyers/sellers personal guide in achieving their housing dream. 

As a sales agent on our team you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis, close those leads to appointments, obtain signed representation agreements and assist buyers and/or sellers in transitioning to a new lifestyle.  

For buyers, the agent selects and shows homes that meet the buyer’s criteria and closes for contract offers. At that point, the Agent will negotiate the offer, write the contract and oversee the negotiations through home inspections 

And for sellers, the agent will work towards securing a listing contract, pricing the home and listing the home with the assistance of our listing manager. The agent will check in weekly until an offer comes in and then negotiates that offer through inspection.

The Agent also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. He/She is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well.

We are looking for someone who draws energy from working with people and is optimistic and outgoing with a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, someone who demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills and habits of a high-achieving Agent who is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing and to seeking win-win agreements.


  • Prospect for home seller and buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses 
  • Selecting homes that meet clients’ needs, identifying and showing homes that best meet those needs, refining needs and closing to contract offers 
  • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close 
  • Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all buyers 
  • Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools and all homeownership issues

  • Real estate license or in the process of obtaining one
  • Excellent at building rapport 
  • People oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Learning based 
  • Good team player working towards a common goal 
  • Willing to learn scripts and dialogues 
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience 
  • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred 
  • 1-3 years of management experience preferred
  • No health benefits
$95,000+ (100% commission based salary)
