Responsibilities
  • Contact all listing leads and requests in a timely manner
  • Develop and provide regular reports to clients
  • Prospect and conduct lead generation activities to create new business as needed
  • Follow up with all customer leads and requests
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers
  • Stage, price and market homes with listing clients
  • Manage all aspects of MLS listings including signage coordination, inspection scheduling and property marketing
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Proactive
  • An independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
  • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
