Responsibilities
  • Generate business using B&W’s proven systems and tools.
  • Build relationships and future business with clients through frequent communication, and excellent service.
  • Stay current on industry trends, local market conditions, and housing inventory.
  • Work with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to facilitate real estate transactions.
  • Schedule and attend all necessary appointments, showings, home inspections, and closings.
  • Able to handle and track multiple transactions on an ongoing business.
Qualifications
  • Willing to obtain an Illinois Real Estate License. (Pre-licensing classes available)
  • Desire to work independently and have control over the growth of your business.
  • Stay up to date on the systems and technology to succeed.
  • Financial stability to invest time and effort now to gain income later.
  • Willing to continue to attend training and coaching to continuously develop skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly.
  • Displays positivity, confidence and professionalism.
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
