We are a home buying company who fixes and flips over 100 houses per year and are looking for a home buying specialist to assist us in working our leads, meeting sellers face to face, and helping us to acquire more homes.

A day in the life of the home buying specialist is as follows:

  • Receive inquires online for sellers that are considering selling their home
  • Call those leads to schedule a face to face seller appointment with the sellers (2-3 hours per day on phone)
  • Meet with seller who is interested in selling their home (2 hours)
  • Training on working our process (evaluating home, sales skills, database management, etc. 1-2 hours per day).

We do the stuff that you see on HGTV, read about on biggerpockets, and learn about at seminars.

Responsibilities

  • Attend daily training sessions
  • Call incoming leads that come into the system
  • Update database on status of leads
  • Meet sellers on face to face appointments


Qualifications
  • Great communication and social skills
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000
