Our real estate sales buying specialist position will help identify, negotiate and purchase homes for our company to fix and flip.

This is the perfect sales position for someone who loves talking and meeting with people and is interested in real estate investing.

You will be meeting with sellers in their living rooms, building rapport, and trying to help them determine the best way to sell their home.

Responsibilities

  • Call prospective sellers who have requested to be contacted regarding the sale of their home
  • Complete pre-appointment research to help determine what the best offer for the home will be(with our help)
  • Meet with the seller in their home to determine if the property is the right fit for us and make an offer
  • Document all seller interactions in our database


Qualifications

  • Sales skills and experience are advantageous but not required
  • Willingness to drive within 1 hour of your home to go on appointments
  • Ability to learn new concepts and dive in head first
  • Tech savvy

Compensation
$125,000 - $150,000+
