Overview: 
Are you a sales professional looking for a better opportunity? Heroes Homes is hiring a sales executive at our real estate firm. You'll get 12 weeks of training with 30 leads provided for you a month to work for appointments and sales. Commissions range from $5,000 to $10,000 per deal closed. You only focus on selling. All the administrative and transaction work is handled for you so you can focus on what you do best - sales. Exceptional candidates have a proven track record of sales over the phone. You'll enjoy an autonomous work environment where you'll provide a positive mindset, the skills we train you on, and the motivation to talk to as many people as possible a day. You'll follow up with the inbound leads we provide you and make outbound calls to generate new opportunities for yourself. Our best sales executives speak with 30 people a day - the names, phone numbers, scripts, and a proven system for results will be provided for you. Hours are flexible and there is a work from home option. A base pay is provided to get you going based on your experience. You'll also be in control of your income since our operations team delivers on the promises you make to customers. We'll invite you to take a tour of our office and meet our team, followed by an orientation meeting with our CEO so you can learn more about the role upfront. Then, if you like the nature of the work, you'll begin the interview process with a job offer presented to you at the end, if you qualify. No education or experience is necessary - although experience in direct, inbound, or outbound sales over the phone is highly preferred. We are an equal opportunity employer. Responsibilities

  • Call prospective buyers and sellers to set appointments
  • Prepare for the appointments with a pre-listing kit (CMA, instant offers, etc.)
  • Address seller's needs on appointments with our solutions
  • Recommend their optimal listing price based on comparable sales
  • Negotiate the deal to a successful close with an online review

Qualifications

  • Track record of success in a sales environment
  • Plan to study and complete your real estate license
  • Valid driver's license and transportation to shadow listing appointments

$75,000+ yearly
