We are looking for a talented relationship builder to join our high-energy real estate team. This person loves creating relationships with strangers, talking to people on the phone, and nurturing them daily, weekly and sometimes monthly, until they are ready to buy or sell. This person develops rapport immediately and deepens the relationship with each conversation.

In this position, you will be responsible for creating opportunities and appointments for the agent team by calling, emailing and texting lists of cold to warm prospects, and following up with website leads that our marketing department generates. You will then create relationships with these possible buyers and sellers with consistent communication and using scripts that you will have ingrained into your memory to make them natural. Once you turn this prospect into a hot client for our agent team, you'll follow up with the agents to see the progress they've made with the clients.

This individual will take ownership of their leads, and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. A lot of the website leads will buy in 90 days to 1 year -- so they need to be nurtured and become a friend until they are ready to buy or sell. You will record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets.

This job will require mental toughness and grit, and an internal drive to succeed at a high level! The payout is there for the right person who is driven to achieve, annual compensation through commission ranging from $40,000 - $60,000 depending on results. Base plus commission.

Responsibilities

  • Find and create new business opportunities every day by using our trusted system of calling, emailing and texting prospects.
  • Call website leads as they activate themselves in various stages of their home search.
  • Track your #s, metrics and conversion ratios and hit daily, weekly and monthly targets.
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections.
  • Qualify prospects to accurately convey motivation, competition and financial specifics to real estate agents.
  • Handoff qualified leads to our team of real estate agents and follow up with them on their success with the lead.
  • Follow an action plan to keep in contact with prospects.
  • Ability to exercise judgment and work independently.

Qualifications

  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Superior written communication skills in emails, text and IM with closing the prospect as the goal.
  • You love scripts and internalize them to hit your maximum potential.
  • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
  • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
  • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Technology-enhanced and able to use CRMs systems and action plans.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution-oriented

Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 Base plus commission
