Our team members spend the majority of their time engaged in income producing activities and doing what they love (converting leads, selling, helping people, creating their dreams) and less of what they don’t like, such as internal back-office activities (transaction management, escrow management, and marketing).

Responsibilities
  • Provide a world-class real estate experience for buyers.
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers.
  • Receive and respond to inbound leads from on-line lead sources and our Inside Sales Team from paid sources such as Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, Realtor.com, etc.
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice and value.
  • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from our in-house Top Producers, Teeam + Tom Ferry Team Coaching, mentorship, and other team-oriented Agents.
  • Community Leadership: Contribute and impact the lives of your clients and your community in a meaningful and dynamic way.
  • Prospect for and engage with clients to build and manage a pipeline of future clients.
  • Following scripts and plan.
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets and track metrics.
  • Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and cold calling.
  • Outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination to schedule appointments.
  • Accurately qualify potential customers.
  • Participate in regular training and education requirements.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of cold calling experience. 
  • Real Estate License.
  • Current California Real Estate License.
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
  • Ability to network, quickly establish rapport and build meaningful connections, and a passion for meeting, and helping people.
  • Strong business and/or sales acumen.
  • An interest in developing your personal real estate investment company.
Compensation
$100,000+ Commission as an Independent Contractor
