Base Plus Unlimited Commission Upside
Our company has a group of 20 real estate salespeople that take company generated leads. The sales coach will be responsible for training, mentoring, and helping agents take their business to the next level.

Real estate experience is not required for this position but having a great sales background and leadership qualities are.

Your number one tasks is to get these groups of agents to do more than what they would normally do on their own by encouraging them to push themselves and keeping them on track for their own personal goals.

The group has gone from 0-20 agents in just 6 months time and we are at a point now where we need someone to step in and lead this group. Because of the enormous growth that we have had, this position will be a very lucrative opportunity for the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting training sessions on sales skills(rapport, script work, following a sales process, etc)
  • Holding 1 on 1 sessions with agents to help sharpen their skills individually
  • Reviewing sales metrics, and helping agents to achieve their minimum KPIs set to achieve their real estate goals

Qualifications

  • Prior sales success or sales management success
  • Willingness to obtain your real estate license
  • Leadership skills
  • Positive Attitude

Compensation
$150,000 - $200,000
