Our real estate sales buying specialist position will help identify, negotiate and purchase homes for our company to fix and flip.

This is the perfect sales position for someone who loves talking and meeting with people and is interested in real estate investing.

You will be meeting with sellers in their living rooms, building rapport, and trying to help them determine the best way to sell their home.

This is not a traditional real estate opportunity and is perfect for those that want to learn the real estate investing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Call prospective sellers who have requested to be contacted regarding the sale of their home
  • Assess research to help determine what the best offer for the home will be
  • Meet with the seller in their home to present our offer
  • Update our CRM
  • Report results to sales manger

Qualifications

  • A prior track record of success in sales is advantageous
  • Travel of 1 hour from your home is required when requested by seller
  • Ability to learn and navigate sales technology
  • Real Estate License - need to be willing to obtain
  • Hard Work, grit and determination are required for this position

Compensation
$125,000 - $150,000+
