Responsibilities

  • Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline.
  • Convert leads from customers to clients.
  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM.
  • Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales; Present purchase offers to sellers.
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers.
  • Call, convert, prospect your own sphere of influence to generate additional leads per month.
  • Able to handle, track, and close several team leads per month.
  • Phone prospecting and outbound marketing.
  • Hold Open House regularly.

Qualifications
  • Current Real Estate license required 
  • Real Estates sales background
  • Strong local area knowledge (neighborhoods, communities, schools, etc.) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies
  • Service-based attitude, proven ability to succeed 
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
  • Some evening hours required
  • Availability to work Open Houses on most Saturdays
Compensation
$100,000+ at plan commission
