We're growing from a $30 million a year real estate business to a $100 million a year business in the next 12 months and we are strategically building a team of exceptional agents to create the 'Dream Team.'

This agent must be a self-starter who uses the word 'resourceful' to describe him or herself. A real estate license is required to earn commissions. For the right motivated individual ready to go down this path, we're willing to mentor if a license is obtained within 60-90 days. This is the perfect job for an awesome agent that no longer wants the duty of running the entire business and covering the overhead solo, but wants to contribute to the bigger picture and grow financially, professionally and personally!

The buyer agent is responsible for assisting several buyer clients at a time, manage and convert leads successfully and generate business from field opportunities. If you are great at building relationships, prioritizing tasks, and managing your time well, please apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide world class customer service to buyers.
  • Convert leads from customers to clients.
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers.
  • Guide 36 to 50 or more buyer clients through the home purchase process each year.
  • Able to handle, track, and close several team leads per month.
  • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents.



Qualifications

  • Current Real Estate License or ability to fast track process to license within 45 days while working on our team in a support/lead generation role
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
  • Forward thinking, proactive, dynamic, and perform well under pressure
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, can handle large workload and efficiently prioritize
  • Data and results driven
