As a buyer's agent, you’ll provide initial consultations to identify our clients’ criteria for a new home, and help them better understand the key milestones in the purchase process.

We offer the administrative support, website, tools, and systems to help you grow your client base consistently over time. Our buyer agents have dedication and a successful track record.

  • Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline
  • Confidence in making outbound calls each day to qualified leads
  • Nurture, and build relationships with buyers
  • Represent the team in a positive manner in all occasions and help build brand awareness throughout the community
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
  • Active California Real Estate License
  • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Knowledge of and understanding of current real estate trends

$70,000+ at plan commission
