As an agent on our team, you’ll guide our buyer clients through every step of the purchase process. You’ll provide initial consultations to identify our clients’ criteria for a new home or condo. For our clients who are first-time home buyers, you’ll help them better understand the key milestones in the purchase process.

We’re hiring people-oriented individuals with outstanding positive attitudes. Our buyer agents are dedicated to their craft and have a track record of success. Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline
  • Confidence in making outbound calls each day to qualified leads
  • Attend training calls, trainings and webinars to enhance skills and constantly improve
  • Nurture long term prospects and build relationships with buyers and sellers
  • Update all info and conversations for each client/prospect in company CRM in order to create the highest level of service and best experience for every person you contact
  • Represent the team in a positive manner in all occasions and help build brand awareness throughout the community
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
Qualifications
  • Current Real Estate License
  • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Knowledge of and understanding of current real estate trends
  • Growth mindset
Compensation
$100,000+ at plan commission
