Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs.
  • Create documents such as representation and purchase agreements.
  • Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales.
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers.
  • Guide 20 to 40 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year.
  • "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice.
  • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents.
Qualifications
  • Current Real Estate License
  • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Knowledge of and understanding of current real estate trends
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
  • Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review
  • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Some weekend and evening hours required
Compensation
$80,000+ at plan commission
About Keri Gray Group - Berkshire Hathaway
The Keri Gray Group, is the #1 Zillow requested Group in Oklahoma. We are currently closing over 200 transactions per year. The Group is run like a business, not a typical Real Estate office. We have a dedicated Internal Sales Agent who captures and cultivates the leads. Once a lead is ready to go it is handed off to a licensed agent to close the deal. We have many systems in place to help our agents grow. You can make as much as you want with the lead flow that we have. Nights and weekends are going to be required. Open houses are required as well; however, normally not every weekend. If you are looking to make a career out of Real Estate we have the team and tools to help you succeed!
