You will be responsible for prospecting clients and guiding them through the entire home buying process. Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
- Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process
- Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
- Communicate with and prospect to your own SOI (Sphere of Influence) and Top 50 Friends and Clients in order to generate leads and closings for the team
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or relevant experience
- Track record of successful real estate sales
- Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply
Compensation
$50,000 - $100,000 yearly
