Buyer's Agent For Busy Team in St. Charles, IL
The Team will take care of much of the daily tasks of a Realtor - leaving your time to lead generate, be front facing with clients and maneuver through negotiations. You'll have much of the paperwork removed from your duties and tons of marketing all done for you. If you like meeting lots of new people, supporting them, being out of the office and never sitting in one place for too long, this is a perfect opportunity for you.
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
- Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
- Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
- Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
- Utilize Client Management program
- Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Valid IL Real Estate License preferably with one year experience
- Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly
- Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
- Strong computer skills
- Full-time availability
