• Speak, engage, and follow up with leads using our follow-up process
• Develops expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, the neighborhoods, schools, and all issues regarding home ownership
• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
• Negotiate terms and contracts for buyers and sellers
• Must be willing to work a 40+ hour week including some weekends and evenings
• Successfully closed an average of 2 sales per month during the calendar year
• Participate in weekly team meetings and daily huddles or one on one 
• Must consistently utilize our proven systems and tools (provided by the company) to grow your business

• Valid US driver's license
• Current Massachusetts Real Estate license (if you do not have your license yet you may still apply and must be able to complete licensing course)
• A minimum 1-year of experience selling real estate Is preferred but anyone without experience and a desire to learn is also encouraged to apply
• Ability to work well in a team environment but is also a self-starter who takes ownership of daily tasks and work schedule
• Outstanding customer service and listening skills
• High school diploma, bachelor's degree desired
• Some understanding of CRMs
• High level of social skills, our business is people-based and does require much interaction with other people
• Demonstrate proficiency and understanding of G-Mail, Google docs, Google sheets, Google calendar, and Google Drive 
• Ability to shift gears quickly to accommodate new priorities, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple complex activities simultaneously
