A Real Estate Sales Buyer's Agent is responsible for lead generation and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel with the goal to get their clients the best deal and closing the home sale. They also regularly conduct open houses, show homes, present purchase agreements and sell properties.

We’re looking for a motivated and excited, professional Buyer’s Agent to join our expanding network of real estate professionals to handle the excessive amount of buyer leads available to us. You will be responsible for converting prospective leads into clients, consulting with and guiding those clients through the entire home-buying process. Responsibilities

  • Conducting home inspections to determine the overall condition of a property
  • Preparing offer letters and negotiating with sellers on behalf of buyers to reach an agreement on price and terms of sale
  • Providing information about the location of available properties and assisting clients in selecting the right property for them
  • Helping clients obtain financing for their purchase, including working with lenders to qualify buyers for loans and ensuring that all documentation is completed and submitted on time
  • Conducting market research on current housing conditions and trends to help clients make informed decisions about buying or selling
  • Working with other real estate agents, appraisers, inspectors, and title companies to ensure that all requirements are met during the buying or selling process
  • Preparing closing documents such as loan applications, disclosure forms, and sales contracts
  • Arranging for the inspection and repair of properties prior to closing to ensure that they meet minimum safety standards
  • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents, and/or home sellers
  • Refine buyers’ criteria and select additional homes to show as necessary
  • Write & submit all offers to purchase homes for buyer clients
  • Negotiate offers to purchase and oversee the entire negotiation process
  • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors
  • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting & etc.
  • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts, and/or emails
  • Gather and answer buyer questions about potential homes and local community information
  • Provide buyer clients pricing information and market research
  • Educate buyer clients about the home buying process
  • Regularly assure buyer clients that the lead agent is involved & informed – Promote the team concept
  • Keep lead agent informed on all client communications and developments (copied on all emails & update notes in CRM)
  • Close buyer clients to written offers to purchase
  • Train, mentor, and assist in the hiring of additional buyer’s agents and showing assistants
  • Communicate diligently with administrative staff to ensure the highest level of service to buyer clients from initial contact through contract to close
  • Regularly attend team meetings
  • Attend all office training for working with buyer clients

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • A functioning vehicle to take you to and from appointments
  • Possess a real estate license
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Excellent communication, marketing, negotiation skills, financial knowledge and time management

Compensation
$100,000+ Commission Based
