You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities
  • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
  • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
  • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
  • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
  • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction

  • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
  • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
  • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
  • Contact and follow up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • Be the authority on all things related to real estate, and the selling/buying process
  • Stay abreast of changing market conditions, economic trends, and applicable state and local regulations and laws
  • Be a leader and team player for your teammates

Qualifications
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Colorado Real Estate license required (or be in the process of obtaining one)
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
  • Passion for selling
  • Exceptional customer service and focus on the client
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Desire to be a HIGH-PERFORMANCE real estate agent and become the best of the best

Compensation
$75,000+ in commission potential
