You need to be local to the Collin County areas. You need to live where you work. Commuting is no fun and we provide lots of one-on-one mentoring and hold group training.
This position is 100% Commission.
We strive to ensure our agents have everything they need to be successful and happy closing 2 transactions a month.
On the Living Well Team we only focus on positive and constructive forms of coaching and communication with one another.
Our aim is to expand our efficient real estate teams to about 50-90 super successful super efficient teams. Two closes per month is our minimum.
To accomplish this our broker, owner and sales agent and transaction coordinator, and IT specialists work very closely with you to provide you with any tools and training you need to increase your lead conversions.
We build up our teams with Senior agents, Mentors, and Directors who have learned our way of kind, service-oriented communication. No one yells, no one looks down, and no one ignores your needs. If we encounter toxic behavior, we correct the situation if it is a coachable moment, or we remove that person from our team.
