Responsibilities
  • Generate and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Schedule and hold open houses to meet prospects for other properties
  • Reaching out to customers on the phone
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice
  • Coordinate with clients and seek properties matching client expectations

  • Prospect and follow-up with leads
  • Present your services as a real estate agent to buyers and sellers
  • Host open houses
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries
  • Schedule listing appointments and present your listing presentation with clients
  • Educate clients on their home buying and/or selling experience
  • Show properties
  • Manage your transactions from listing to escrow
  • Live and breathe your expertise in the residential real estate market
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies
  • Forward thinking, proactive, dynamic and perform well under pressure
  • Professional and ethical business acumen
  • Motivated individual looking for support to run their own real estate business
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and approach
  • Good verbal and written communication skills 
  • Active Florida Real Estate License   
Compensation
$100,000 at plan commission
