Compensation:

This role is paid through commission only.

We expect an agent on our team to make at least $65,000 annually, but there is no ceiling to what you can make.

Responsibilities
  • Daily prospecting for new and future business.
  • Maintain database and follow up with database.
  • Show properties and work with home buyers.
  • Write and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools and all homeownership issues.
  • Nurture leads from initial contact to being under contract.
Qualifications
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent at building rapport.
  • Learning based.
  • Self motivate.
  • Have a strong work ethic and desire to be successful.
  • Have excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business.
  • No license required to apply!

$60,000 - $120,000
