You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
  • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget

  • Quickly demonstrate proficiency in connecting and converting buyers
  • Show homes, prepare offers and negotiate to acceptance
  • Know our market - the communities, the trends, and the stats
  • Adhere to the NAR Code of Ethics and advocate fiercely for clients
  • Prospect for new business and track all communication in our CRM
  • Drive attendance to our open houses, host effectively and convert visitors
  • Attend team meetings, daily huddles, and coaching calls
  • Commit to relevance and skill-building through reading, attending webinars, and events as determined to be beneficial
  • Represent us professionally while communicating with clients, vendors, and service providers
  • Maintain social profiles that advance you and our team as qualified experts
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and trust

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred

  • An active real estate license with a minimum of 4 closed buyer sales within the last 12 months
  • A desire to earn in excess of $100,000 annually and a willingness to meet or exceed minimum monthly production requirements
  • The ability to work nights and weekends - but not every night or every weekend
  • Competency with technology and social media
  • Positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic, professional in demeanor and appearance
  • Willing to be held accountable for adhering to the systems and processes we have in place to ensure success
  • The ability to serve clients within a 30-mile radius of our home base, so reliable transportation is a must
