As a Full-Time Real Estate Advocate & Advisor for The Greater MSP Homes Team, you will be responsible for cultivating a pipeline of clients to serve & grow, managing & executing daily activities that yield effective & efficient sales experiences, negotiating contracts from pre-consultation to post-closing, and driving internal & external initiatives resulting in a service experience that yields lifelong clients & raving fans. You will be the main point of contact for all parties involved in the sale transaction & responsible for ensuring that each client feels cared for, protected, knowledgeable, and celebrated every step of their experience.

The Real Estate Advocate & Advisor is an individual who is highly attentive to detail, draws energy from helping people, and is an excellent problem-solver and strategist. You have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. This individual is a team player, exhibits high empathy skills, and gets energized about connecting with – and serving – others. In addition, you are committed to putting clients first and to doing the right thing with the support of an entire team. This position requires a great deal of time management, along with strong follow-through on daily, weekly and monthly activities.

Responsibilities

  • Work Closely with the Administrative Team for Leverage & Support
  • Proficiently Use Team Systems and Platforms to Manage & Execute the Entire Sales Cycle
  • Daily Phone and Email Communication with Clients, Colleagues and Business Partners
  • Minimal Data Entry & Database Management
  • File Review and File Compliance in Accordance to Local, State & National Rules & Regulations
  • Knowledgeable with Real Estate Forms & Documents for Sales Team Serving Iowa
  • Provide Hand-On Support to Clients for the Life of a File & Beyond
  • Daily Lead Generation & Tracking of Activities
  • Strong Negotiations & Collaboration Skills
  • Daily Communication w Agents/ Title/ Lenders/Clients for 5-Star Service Experience
  • Lifelong Learning Skills & Passion 


Qualifications

  • An Active MN Real Estate License (Required - Can Obtain After Being Hired)
  • Minimum of 1-Year of Real Estate or Sales Experience (Required)
  • Professional, Approachable, Outgoing & Positive Disposition
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Great Organizational Skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette
  • Ability to Think Outside the Box for Solutions to Problems
  • People-Oriented
  • Exceptional Time-Management Skills
  • Proficient with Software Platforms (Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Secured Platform Access, etc.)

Compensation
$75,000 - $125,000
