Currently, we are looking for a motivated real estate sales agent who is passionate about making the home selling/buying experience as great as it should be. We need someone to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in Miami.

Responsibilities

  • Primary user of Home61's amazing technology
  • Help Home61 clients with rental and sale transactions
  • Help Home61 clients determine the value of property they want to sell or rent
  • Negotiate pricing and facilitate the closing process on behalf of Home61 clients
  • Correspond with Home61 clients around the clock in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Participate in company training and team building activities

Qualifications

  • Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License (Mandatory)
  • Supra Key (Mandatory)
  • Spanish (plus but not mandatory)
  • Possession of Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively.
  • Proven team player and natural self-starter
  • Tech Savvy and can use Gmail, Google Docs and Google Hangouts 
  • Passionate about building relationships and helping people with the biggest decisions in their lives
  • Can Drive 50 - 100 miles per day (+) 

Compensation

$115,000 + at commission plan
