Our Ideal Candidate is someone who is ambitious, self motivated, enthusiastic, and loves working with people; who is looking to build a rewarding and successful career to exclusively work with our buyers. The candidate will also have a working or in-depth knowledge of real estate services and local markets.
We will provide you with:

Compensation: commission based
  • Buyers agent must proactively facilitate all aspects of a buyer's purchase from start to end (responsibility to include but not limited to: scheduling and executing showings, providing CMAs, writing offers, handling negotiations, effectively communicate to all parties throughout entire transaction period)
  • Generate business using our proven tools
  • Proactively network and engage new buyers and nurture those contacts into clients
  • Offer top notch service to your clients by being readily available to advise and represent them
  • Proactively reach out to leads and clients on the phone in a timely manner
  • Duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline
  • Qualify track, and manage all incoming leads through our dedicated CRM
  • Deliver high customer satisfaction in every aspect of your work
  • Stay current on local market conditions, housing inventory, and industry trends
  • Maintain high level of professionalism
  • Attend weekly office meetings
  • MUST have valid, active California real estate license
  • 1+ years experience as a licensed real estate agent is PREFERRED
  • Working knowledge of neighborhood, comps, availability, market values
  • Successfully closed transactions - a PLUS
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to grow and learn

  • Flexible hours - willing to work weekends and evenings, as needed
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills

$40,000 - $150,000+
