We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities
  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
  • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
  • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender

  • Full Participation in New Agent Onboarding Program
  • Follow Company Policy and procedure 
  • Commit to your Business Plan (we help you to design it)
  • In-Office Lead Gen
  • Hosting at Least One (1) Open House/Month
  • Cultural Contribution
  • Utilize and follow our system
  • Tuesday Sales Meeting Attendance
  • Commit to your business plan (We will help you design it)
  • Represent our Brand (Is your heart in it?)
  • Look presentable for all showings and meetings (Yourself and Your Car)

Consistently learning about changes Included but not limited to:

  • Mortgage Products (Routine Meetings with the team preferred lender)
  • Educate with Local market Trends (Monthly Market Reports, Comps, School districts, etc.)
  • New Build (Meeting with Different Builders and learning about new developments)

Qualifications
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred

  • Coachable - must have the drive to succeed
  • Business/career-minded individual

Compensation
$75,000 Commission Based
