The Position: We are interviewing for a "Buyer Agent" who is a licensed real estate agent in MN. The applicant must have 1-year of Real Estate experience OR a minimum of 12 home sales transactions within the last twelve months. The Buyer Specialist will focus their efforts on representing buyers in the purchase of property in the Twin Cities. There are many benefits a hired agent will receive from The DesMarais Team if they excel with our company, including but not limited to ongoing monthly buyer leads, lead tracking systems and scripts, paid for office space, free coaching/mentoring/training (local and regional, if applicable), full administrative support, team bonuses, accountability tracking and MORE.

Income Potential: Agents coming into our team the first year earn between $85,000 to $100,000+ depending on their skill-set, personality type, drive, dedication, coach-ability, conversion skills, etc.


  • Prospects for, follows-up with, presents to, and services buyers. This results in effective conversion rates for leads into appointments, appointments into buyer agreements, and buyer agreements into accepted purchase contracts. 
  • Develops expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, the neighborhoods, schools, and all issues regarding home ownership. 
  • Provides high-level fiduciary needs analysis and coordinates a time- efficient home search process. 
  • Effectively negotiates for all buyer clients.


  • Required: Real Estate License
  • 1-year of Real Estate experience OR a minimum of 12 home sales transactions
  • Strong Work Ethic and Sociability
  • Excellent at building rapport
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
