We are looking for a realtor who shares our dream of dominating the Denver Real Estate Market. If you are between 1-10 transactions per year, and want to grow your business to 20 or 30 a year, we have everything you need to do it! 

We provide our Agents everything they need to be successful - including experienced Agent mentorship and coaching each week. With our proven systems and top-tier resources to empower the growth and development of our sales team, we are confident we can help you dominate the Denver real estate market. Your incredible support team will work constantly to promote your success by systematically managing all of the aspects of your business, freeing you to focus on the job of being an incredible Agent. 

We will provide you with the best tools to prospect opportunities, as well as a beautiful CRM system to create and manage *your* client database. Successful Agents on our team also receive warm leads (sign calls, referrals, past clients, etc) from the firm, in addition to the leads they generate themselves. Approximately 95% of our 30 Million dollar business is repeat and referral based.

This straight commission sales position has no ceiling on income - and with our proven track record, systems and personalized coaching we are confident we can help make you a Millionaire Agent.  

Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to perform a needs analysis
  • Negotiate and get your clients under contract on the ideal property based on their needs
  • Quick to learn and implement new concepts
  • Ability to provide world class customer service to clients 
  • Consistently network to prospect for new customers
  • Responsible for 20 contacts - real estate conversations -  per day
  • Responsible for a minimum of 2 buyer appointments per week
  • Responsible for sourcing 1 listing appointment per month
Qualifications
  • Current CO Real Estate License
  • Grit, determination and a winning mindset
  • Ability to establish meaningful relationships quickly
  • Resourceful, with a genuine desire to contribute meaningfully to your client experience
  • A servant mentality
  • Able to perform well under pressure and adhere to high standards
  • Ability to relentlessly pursue success through networking, relationship building and lead generation activities
Compensation
$120,000+ at plan
