We are looking for someone who is emotionally intelligent, coachable, and excited to learn how to add "new home construction" to their selling options for their clients.
- Consult with clients to find or build their dream home
- Become an expert at using our automated home search tools for your clients
- Show homes to prospective buyers
- Respond to leads in a timely and efficient manner
- Master the art of lead follow-up and lead conversion
- Participate in weekly and monthly coaching meetings
- Hold Open Houses
- Consistently network and prospect for new customers
- Add client information to our VIP program
- Go to our free team Training Program on how to sell New Construction as an option for clients
- Participate in our free team Art of Negotiations Courses
- Work with our Real Estate Agent Concierge services to custom build email templates, drip campaigns, and automated action plans
- Attend our bi-monthly team coaching meetings
- Big producers with negative attitudes are not tolerated, you need to be cool to everyone in any situation
- Target goal is selling 2 homes a month
- Texas Real Estate license
- Be ready to work full time in real estate
- Focus on doing what is best for the client
- Strong work ethic
- Interest in learning how to sell new-construction is a plus
- Flexible work hours (must be available evenings and weekends)
- Positive attitude and desire to succeed
- Great at communicating with a team
- Great People skills and a good attitude is more important than experience

About LivingWell Properties
We strive to ensure our agents have everything they need to be successful and happy closing 2 transactions a month.
On the Living Well Team we only focus on positive and constructive forms of coaching and communication with one another.
Our aim is to expand our efficient real estate teams to about 50-90 super successful super efficient teams. Two closes per month is our minimum.
To accomplish this our broker, owner and sales agent and transaction coordinator, and IT specialists work very closely with you to provide you with any tools and training you need to increase your lead conversions.
We build up our teams with Senior agents, Mentors, and Directors who have learned our way of kind, service-oriented communication. No one yells, no one looks down, and no one ignores your needs. If we encounter toxic behavior, we correct the situation if it is a coachable moment, or we remove that person from our team.
