Our successful real estate firm offers a full line of services including residential sales, purchases, leasing, and property management. We are small team who intends to stay small and professional. We are currently searching for only one newly licensed agent (or willing to be licensed agent) who would like to learn the business of real estate while earning weekly paychecks at the same time.
As a Jr. Associate you will work alongside a partner on our team. You will assist the partner with clients buying, selling, leasing and managing homes. We offer a full support team to assist you and the partner with all transactional paperwork and processes, so your job will be primarily working with clients and the homes.
The perfect candidate is a new agent who is serious about their career in real estate as we aim to grow you into an Associate and Partner within the group. Partners all earn over six figures and a typical Jr. Associate earns around $30,000-$50,000 their first year, but we did have one Jr. agent make $90,000 in the first 12 months - wow!
No real estate experience is needed but we find the most successful Jr. Associates come with sales experience and a likable personality.
