Real Estate Sales Buyer's Agent - All Inbound Leads

We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great and is technologically proficient. We have unique buyer benefits and you will contact pre-qualified inbound leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Responsibilities
  • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
  • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options

Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Familiarity with the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area real estate market. Minimum 3 years residence in the area
  • Technologically proficient - if you're not afraid of technology they are not difficult systems to use but we leverage and utilize technology for our buyer system

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000+

The Broker / CEO Rick Bengson is a 25+ year real estate broker veteran having personally sold over 850 homes. He is the former owner of HomeFeedback.com / Showing Suite having sold the company to ShowingTime in 2018. He is the co-author of the book "BluePrint for 100 Deals" (the systems and technology to sell 100 homes year after year). He is also a former general contractor developing spec homes, custom homes build to suit, and several condo conversion projects. He and his wife Dena also own Revenue Masters (a healthcare financial software and services company) based in Fort Myers, FL. You will work directly with Rick for training, coaching, goal planning and mentoring.
