You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads, to showing homes, all the way to the final sale. You will be the client's advocate, making their interests Priority One, always providing excellent service to ensure they have a positive, 100% satisfaction experience.

Responsibilities
  • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers

  • Assist buyers to determine their wants and needs for their home, and provide properties that meet their specific criteria
  • Follow up in a timely manner to all inquiries, always providing excellent customer care

Qualifications
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car

  • Valid CA Real Estate license required
  • 1-year real estate experience preferred but not required
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, communication, and sales techniques
  • People-oriented, dependable, team-player, coachable, professional, strong work ethic
  • Motivated for success

Compensation
$60,000 + Commission based only
