- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases to ensure a smooth process for all clients
- Schedule regular follow-ups with buyer via email and phone throughout the buying process to increase sales results
- Coordinate with clients and seek properties matching client expectations to generate property sales
- Host Open Houses for office listings
- Network with others to develop a client database
- Quickly respond to lead calls
- Keep current with market conditions
- Be proactive in self marketing
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies
- Exceptional listening and questioning skills and able to unveil client wants and needs
- Must have own car and clean driving record
- Be people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude
