- Serve as an intermediary between your buyer and seller to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
- Strive to complete 30 to 50 successful closings annually to maintain sales goals
- Provide mortgage options to clients that are within their budgets in order to close more transactions
- Attend networking events and participate in open houses to market yourself and increase your sales
- Have an always learning mindset to enable growth with a supportive team
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Be customer focused with a positive attitude
- Experience in real estate sales is a plus
- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
- Be an advocate for your clients
- Get to know your clients and determine their needs while building rapport
$50,000 - $70,000 yearly
