Responsibilities
  • Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales; present purchase offers to sellers
  • Frequently host open houses to increase your network
  • Following up with customers within 5 minutes by phone
  • Work closely with clients to locate properties that meet their criteria
  • Have an always learning mindset and grow with a supportive team
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller
  • Is effective at persuading and advising clients
  • Generate and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Track all phone, email and CRM interactions with prospective clients
  • Offer top notch service to your clients by being readily available to advise and represent them
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies
  • Always displays a positive attitude, is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Knowledgeable and intuitive with a positive, outgoing demeanor
  • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
  • Organized and quick to resond
  • Thrives in a true team environment
  • Creates good rapport and works continually to develop a strong network
  • Some industry, location, and sales experience preferred
  • Able to work independently and set self-directed goals

Compensation
$75,000+ (Commission based)

Troy Flack relocated to the Asheville area in 1992 from Florida. After apprenticing at a reputable real estate appraisal firm, Troy founded Accurate Appraisal Services and began training people to become successful real estate appraisers. Like most real estate professionals during the market crash in 2008, he was hit hard with financial difficulties and struggles. Refusing to give up, he persevered and pursued real estate sales as his new passion.
