Our ideal candidate is versed in the area’s neighborhoods and amenities. This person is up to date on current market conditions, street smart and practices a consultative buying process, and able to skillfully navigate our clients through all the stresses that can come with buying a home.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
  • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
  • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
  • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
  • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
Qualifications
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
  • Bi-lingual is a HUGE plus!!!
Compensation
$50,000 - $65,000 yearly

Our growing Real Estate office is looking for high-energy, detail-oriented, full-time individuals to provide superior coordination of duties utilizing excellent customer service, computer skills and professionalism. They should possess exceptional attention to detail maintaining accuracy and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Real Estate experience is a plus, but not required.
