• Have a positive growth mindset succeed within a supportive team
• Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs to improve sales results
• Manage creation of required contractual documentation for property transactions to ensure a smooth close
• Educate your clients on key factors regarding their home buying experience
• Guide 25+ buyer clients through the home purchase process each year
• Build relationships with prospective clients and grow relationships with past clients

• Have a personal value system that fits within the Zander Team’s core values and mission statement
• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Be resolutely persistent when challenges arise
• Be an organizational and time management professional
• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays
• Ability to work daily in our South Jordan office
• Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
• Be an advocate for your clients
