We are seeking applicants who currently hold a Real Estate license or are soon to be licensed.

For Buyer Specialists, you must want to earn a minimum of $75,000 per year with upside easily in the six figures. Our current buyer agent’s target income (take home!) is over $100,000 this year and it is only his second year in the business.

Simply put, our marketing and lead generation systems are built around helping agents sell the most homes in the shortest period of time with the least amount of hassle.

Your promise to US: Your position with our team will require a full-time commitment. You will attend weekly meetings/classes where you will learn new skills and techniques. Then you will develop an action plan and implement these actions before the next meeting. As your coach, we will hold you accountable.We have more leads than we can handle and therefore we need you!

Average agent target income for first year is $75,000 and can be much higher.

  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • Be the authority on all things related to real estate, and the selling/buying process
  • Advise buyer/seller in handling additional offers to purchase submitted between contract and closing
  • Proactively connect with people to discuss their real estate needs

  • Hold, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license
  • Outstanding customer service skills a must
  • A desire to help others
  • Possession of Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively
  • Have an understanding of percentages, basic finances, and other simple math concepts
  • Tech savvy
