The Jennifer Hollister Group is adding a Buyer Specialist to its top real estate team in Central PA! JHG provides everything you need for total success! The candidate will have direct access to the Team Leader, Vice President of Sales and Closing Manager. JHG has the proven systems, tools and technology to propel your success.

Their 90-day mentor program, with a step by step platform, will launch your sales career. This includes 4 weeks of intensive sales training. For candidates with real estate sales experience, there will be training on the JHG systems and technology.

Located in a luxurious office suite in Camp Hill, the candidate will have a desk along with 3-4 additional buyer agents. As a team, everyone comes from a mindset of contribution. Our focus is on how to create raving fans.

Responsibilities

  • Present the Vision and Mission of The Jennifer Hollister Group with enthusiasm
  • Secure buyer agency appointments from your sphere of influence or JHG company leads 
  • Conduct Buyer Presentations whereby you consult with clients to discover what their wants and needs are in a home, explain the benefit our working with our team and close the loyalty contract 
  • Show homes based upon the qualified buyer’s needs 
  • Write sales contracts that represent the agency fiduciary responsibility 
  • Skilled at negotiation of offers and inspections 
  • Execute the hando ff of Buyers Under Contract to the Closing Manager 
  • Follow up with existing buyer contacts from our CRM system 
  • Participate in team and client events

Qualifications
  • PA real estate license or the willingness and ability to obtain a license within three months
  • Prospect for new business opportunities everyday 
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills 
  • Above average organizational and time management skills 
  • Multi-tasking, time blocking and prioritizing at a very high level 
  • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude 
  • Proficiency with new tools, systems and technologies in three months through training 
  • Must embrace accountability and be coachable 
  • Days, weekends and evening hours are expected, not to exceed a standard work week
Compensation
$50,000 - $150,000
