We are seeking dynamic, motivated, entrepreneurial candidates to join our office. If you are a real estate broker, in the process of getting licensed or are currently enrolled in real estate school, we are interested in meeting you.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new sources of business.
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers. 
  • Work with clients to stage, price and market homes. 
  • Handle all aspects of MLS and signs up/down. 
  • Work closely with buyers’ agents to negotiate contracts to closing. 
  • Call customers weekly to provide feedback on their listing. 
  • Respond to customers’ calls, emails and web requests.

Qualifications
  • You are interested in obtaining a real estate license, are in the process of obtaining a license, or
  • You are interested in starting and growing your own business, or joining a team of successful brokers that will help you launch your business
  • You are a self-motivated, resourceful go-getter, or have the desire to become one
  • You have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and working with people
Compensation
$100,000 or more
