Standards for the ideal candidate will be:

• The candidate is computer skills with knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite. 
• The candidate must be prompt, confidential, trustworthy, and responsible with a strong desire to learn and grow. 
• Available 5 days a week including and or nights and weekends to accommodate buyer appointments and open houses
• Dress for success; business suits are the standard 
• Customer service oriented with a friendly positive attitude representing our company with class and respect
• Professional and pleasant demeanor under all circumstances
• Computer savvy, and proficient in Adobe Acrobat and G-drive. We are paperless
• Build rapport with buyers and meet monthly quarterly and yearly goals
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills; activity tracking and maintain pre-determined systems within our team
• Ethical, honest, hardworking, responsible, prompt with a client and team-focused mentality
• Coach-able, trainable, and reliable representing our team's high standards.
